Pionier - Fredrikshavn Danmark

Pionier ble seinere senket av den britiske ubåten Sturgeon 2. september 1940. Mer enn 300 mennesker mistet livet. HMS Sturgeon (Lt. G.D.A. Gregory, DSO, RN) torpedoes and sinks the German troop transport Pionier (3624 GRT) about 15 nautical miles north of Skagen, Denmark. More than 300 persons dies.
