D/S Bessheim

D/S Bessheim enten ble senket av den britiske ubåten SEAWOLF, eller gikk på en mine 21. November 1941 utenfor Hammerfest. Losen på skipet Jakob Johansen ble hardt skadd, og ble erklært arbeidsufør etter dette.

Skipet var forsøkt senket allerede den 15.09.1941, da den britiske u-båten HMS TIGRIS sendte fire torpedoer mot skipet da det gikk over Lopphavet. Alle torpedoene bommet på målet
